When your trial ends, you can easily activate a plan that suits you. If you choose not to continue, your account will be deleted automatically after 30 days, with no costs or commitments.

What is the minimum duration of a Pro subscription?

You pay per user for 12 months in advance. The subscription doesn’t renew automatically – you can renew it yourself once a year through the Rental Manager.

If you decide not to renew, it ends automatically. No cancellation needed.

How much does a property inspection cost?

For every fully completed property inspection, one credit is deducted from your balance.
Only inspections that are fully completed are charged.

The price per credit depends on the size of the package you purchase – from $ 10 / £ 7 per credit when buying a single credit, down to $ 3.60 / £ 2.98 per credit when purchasing a 500-credit bundle.

Editing, reworking, and generating additional reports or documents within the same inspection are always free of charge.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, invoices are sent automatically by email within 3 working days for both your subscription and any credit purchases.

How long are purchased credits valid?

As long as your annual subscription is active, your credits remain valid indefinitely. Once your subscription ends, any unused credits will expire.

Can I use the app offline?
